Smart DAFT Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Smart DAFT, a software service for self-filing DAFT applicants. By using Smart DAFT, you agree to these terms.

What Smart DAFT does

Smart DAFT helps users check basic DAFT route fit, organize uploaded documents, identify missing evidence, prepare packet materials, and track next steps.

No legal representation

Smart DAFT is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation, legal advice, or a guarantee of immigration approval. You are responsible for reviewing all materials and deciding what to submit.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for using accurate information. You may not use Smart DAFT to impersonate someone, upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, or misuse another person's data.

Your documents

You keep ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant Smart DAFT permission to process that information only as needed to provide the product features you request.

Payments

Paid packet features are unlocked through Stripe payment confirmation. Prices and included features are shown before checkout. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case by contacting support.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.

Smart DAFT is provided as a software tool. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
